From a young age, I’ve always had an intellectual curiosity for how things work and how to make them work better, easier, more efficiently.

My early career began in engineering and design then took a quick turn into project and sales management. Working internationally across the globe (and even living in Shanghai) proved to be very challenging and stimulating.

After building a career that spanned industries, geographies, and various leadership roles working in multiple functional areas, I wanted to focus on my strengths and help others capitalize on opportunities. I developed Schaefer Advisors and transitioned into a role working as an independent with a single mission: to help businesses achieve meaningful, lasting change.

With over decades of experience, I specialize in simplifying complex challenges, aligning leadership and strategy, and transforming teams from within.
